I am an American citizen who met a wonderful lady, a citizen of the Philippines, and I was so worried about how to successfully bring her my country to marry her. I had already attempted to petition her as a fiancée without success. Because of complications, our petition was very difficult and I did not have all the answers, and I and my fiancée were feeling frantic and at a loss as to how to continue the petition.
